environmental_sensor_status_from_roadway_sensors (Data Flow*)

This data flow provides the operational status (state of the device, configuration, and fault data) of an environmental sensor at the roadside. By monitoring this data flow, the receiving process can monitor the health and current status of field equipment. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: station_id + sensor_identity + sensor_device_status
